How much do the rooms cost?
Rooms start from €65 for a double for single use, €75 for a double, and €95 for a triple. Air conditioning is included in the price — there are no extra costs for climate control. Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. We are a farmhouse with a traditional restaurant — our strength is our lunch and dinner kitchen, not a morning buffet. For breakfast, we recommend the nearby cafés, just a few minutes' walk from the property.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. These times are fixed — we ask you to respect them so we can prepare the rooms perfectly for every guest.
Can I bring pets into the room?
No, pets are not allowed in the rooms. If you are traveling with a pet, we recommend looking for pet-friendly accommodations in the area before booking.
Is there an elevator?
No. All rooms are located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, please keep this in mind — call us and we'll figure out the best solution together.
How far is the Locanda from the historic center of Orvieto?
About 5 minutes by car from the Duomo and St. Patrick's Well. We are at Strada della Stazione 23 — convenient from both the A1 motorway exit and the train station. We aren't in the historic center, and that's not a downside: you have the Umbrian countryside outside your window and the center within easy reach.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking directly at the property. No restricted traffic zones, no parking meters, no rush to find a spot — one of the concrete advantages compared to staying in the historic center.
Can I dine at the Locanda's restaurant if I'm staying in the rooms?
Of course — and it's one of the reasons many choose to stay here. The restaurant is open to room guests just like everyone else. Piccione all'Orvietana, grilled lamb, homemade pasta. We recommend booking your table along with your room: seating is limited.
